Graduate Program in Statistics at  University of Brasilia, Brazil.

The Statistics Department offers M.S. degree in Statistics.  It is intended for students with strong mathematical backgrounds who are wishing to pursue research-oriented careers in academia or public services.  The Program is structured with these goals in mind, with the first year curriculum covering foundational topics in probability, mathematical statistics, and applied/computational statistics.  Upon passing these disciplines, students go on to complete a M.S. dissertation under the supervision of faculty members .  Please see the Faculty listing for more information on faculty research interests.
